After the bubbles appear, it will reduce the heat dissipation capacity of the second-class imported bearings in Wuhan, and reduce the wear resistance of tin-based or lead-based bearing materials. Secondly, the alloy materials of multiple metals are unevenly fused and distributed. For example, the solubility of copper and lead metal is low. When the temperature and the degree of stirring are not suitable, uneven lead distribution is likely to occur. In order to avoid uneven distribution of copper-lead alloy, it should be cooled quickly after casting. A better way is to use powder metallurgy to manufacture copper-lead alloy bearing bushes, which can completely solve the problem of uneven lead distribution in copper-lead alloy. Then, ensure that the tin-based and lead-based bonding are balanced, which can strengthen the tin-based and lead-based bearing alloys and help the heat dissipation of the bearing shell surface. Also, avoid large crystals in the material after casting. During the cooling and solidification process of the cast bearing alloy, if the cooling rate is very slow, the size of the tin-antimony grains will exceed 0.1mm, which directly affects the toughness and strength of the bearing, and the bearing is prone to fracture , Wear and tear.
